Compassionate & Collaborative Psychological Care

Using an integrative approach, my therapeutic style is grounded in compassion, honesty, humor, and humility.

Explore new strategies and skills to reduce worry, obsessive analyzing, and hyper-vigilance. Find ways to change your thinking, to reduce feelings of sadness, worthlessness, guilt, and start to care again about the people and things that are important to you. Learn to calm and soothe yourself, begin to trust yourself and your choices, regain your energy for your life and loved ones, and feel like yourself again.

15-Minute Phone Consultation

Optional & Complimentary

Have questions before starting therapy? Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been in therapy before and want to try someone new, let’s connect.  I would be happy to set up a brief, 15-minute phone call with you to learn more about what is bringing you to therapy and to discuss how I may be able to help.

Intake Session

$275+ (first session only)

The initial intake session is a 45-minute appointment where you will share what brings you to therapy, discuss the intake paperwork completed, and explore goals for therapy.

Individual Therapy

$225+/session

Individual therapy is a 45-minute session usually scheduled on a weekly basis. These weekly sessions lay the foundation for a strong therapy relationship, help with learning new skills, and create important momentum so you can experience relief and reach your therapy goals. We will work together to acknowledge and understand your past experiences and begin to re-affirm your feelings of personal worth.

Family Therapy

$275+/session

Families are complex systems and it can be easy to get stuck in roles that create feelings of anger and resentment. Empathy, communication, and understanding will help the family transition from viewing each other as the enemy to approaching each other from a place of compassion, curiosity, and positivity.

Psychological Assessments

Rates vary by age and type of evaluation

I provide full and partial psychological evaluations, diagnostic evaluations (ADHD, mood, anxiety, learning, autism, developmental disorders), and educational evaluations. Assessments can be structured to measure social functioning, personality, memory, language, learning, and attention, or to provide diagnostic clarity. Individualized recommendations provided will support and facilitate growth, helping to set the path for success.
